- Account Plans and Pricing
Click here to choose a account plan and sign up.
- Can I Upgrade My Account Plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your account to a better plan at any time. To change plans, login to your account and click on Account > Change Plan.
- How Do I Cancel My Account?
Please contact our support team by clicking the "Contact Support" link in the footer of the site to request account cancellation.
Please allow 1 business day before your next renewal to ensure that we are able to cancel before your payment goes through. (Alternately, if you are using PayPal for your subscription, you may also cancel future recurring payments from within your PayPal account.)
- Can I Get A Refund?
Short answer: No, Monthly service fees are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and not be billed for further months, but already paid fees are non-refundable.

For Feeds with Ping on Publish enabled, RankFeedr announces your published content feeds to 97+ different ping services.

- Are There Limits on What Kind of Content is Allowed on RankFeedr's Service?
Yes, to maintain a great reputation for the benefit of all of our account users, RankFeedr has Community Standards that limit what type of content can be syndicated through our service. You can read about them here.
API Access
- Where Can I Find My API Key?
If you purchased a plan that includes API access, just login to your account and click on Account > API Keys to view your API Key. - Can I Develop My Own Application That Integrates with RankFeedr?
Yes, you can. Please contact our support team to apply to become a RankFeedr Authorized Developer.
